§ 30.02. ORGANIZATION OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT.

  • The Mayor shall prepare as a part of the budget process an organizational chart showing the cabinets, agencies, departments and offices of the Metro Government and their organization and a concise statement of the functions and services to be provided by each cabinet and its agencies, departments and offices. The organizational chart shall show the relationship of each cabinet, agency, department and office and the lines of authority within the Metro Government. The Mayor shall advise the Council if there are changes to the organizational chart or the statement of functions and services to be provided by each cabinet and its agencies, departments and offices in subsequent budget presentations.
