§ 32.472. CHAIR TO PRESIDE AT MEETINGS.

  • The Chair, who is elected from within the membership of the Board, shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he or she is present, except such meetings or portions thereof as are conducted for the purpose of electing a Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair, elected from within the membership of the Board, shall preside.
