§ 35.030. WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION ACT.

(A) Louisville Metro Council hereby adopts the state Whistleblower's Act, KRS 61.101 et seq. to apply to all Metro employees.
(B) Notice advising Metro employees of rights against reprisal by Metro Government shall be conspicuously posted on all workplace bulletin boards within Metro Government within 90 days of this section's passage and approval.
