§ 37.31. FINAL APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL.

The Commission shall make the final determination as to the qualifications for approval of any and all contractors and vendors. Whenever the Commission makes a determination of approval or disapproval of a contractor or vendor pursuant hereto, notice of such approval or disapproval shall be manifested by inclusion or non-inclusion on the Commission's published list of approved contractors and vendors.
