(A) Publications of or sponsored by the Metro Government shall include the name of the Mayor and the names and district numbers of all 26 members of the Metro Council.
(B) For purposes of this section, publications of or sponsored by the Metro Government shall include all booklets, pamphlets, brochures and other such materials intended for distribution to members of the public but shall not include letterheads of Metro Government officers, nor shall it include citations or notices of violations of law, or documents intended for use in a legal proceeding.
(C) All departments of the Metro Government are directed to comply with the provisions of this section.
(D) Publications included in the budget of the Office of the Mayor or included in the budget of the Metro Council are exempt from the provisions of this section.
(E) By agreement of the Mayor and the President of the Metro Council, publications of or sponsored by the Metro Government which are too small to list the names of the Mayor and the names and district numbers of all 26 members of the Metro Council may read: "Sponsored by the Metro Government."
