§ 39.001. NONDISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAPPED STATUS.

The Metro Government does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its programs or activities. The Metro Government ADA Coordinator in the Affirmative Action Office has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements in Section 31 C.F.R. Part 51, 4(2)(1) of the Office of Revenue Sharing regulations.
