§ 41.99. PENALTY.

Violation of this chapter may result in denial of entry into a restricted building or restricted portion of a building, or an order to leave such building or portion of a building. If an employee of the Metro Government carries a concealed firearm or other deadly weapon into or on any restricted building or restricted portion of a building, disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal from employment, may be imposed.
