(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 42.31(A) or (B) or 42.32 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 42.31(C) shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
