§ 93.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99(A).
    (B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.02 and 93.03, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $100, or imprisonment for up to 50 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.

    (C) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and upon conviction of such offense, shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, and in addition shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
