§ 94.64. APPEAL OF BOARD ACTION.

(A) An appeal from any final decision of the Board may be made to the Jefferson County Circuit Court within 30 days of the date the written decision is given to the appellant by hand-delivery or certified mail. If no appeal is made within this time period, then the Board's determination will be deemed final for all purposes.
(B) An appellant shall include a fee of $100 for administrative costs relating to the appeal at the time of application. Such fee shall be standard and is non-refundable.
