§ 112.21. EXCEPTIONS.

(A) Nothing in this subchapter shall forbid an employer from making replacements with other bona fide employees of the employer during a labor dispute.
(B) Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent an employer from working temporary or permanent replacements as the law permits during a labor dispute.
