§ 115.097. RATES OF FARE.

(A) The driver of a horse-drawn carriage shall inform any customer of all rates and charges before any service is rendered.
(B) Rates of fare shall be clearly displayed on a card affixed to the rear of the front seat or drivers seat of each carriage. The fare card shall bear the name and address of the holder of the carriage license, a complete schedule of the rates of fare, and any other applicable charges.
