§ 115.500. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any mechanical game of skill or amusement operated on the coin (or token), currency, or currency substitute, in-the-slot principle.
COIN-OPERATED MUSIC MACHINE. Any mechanical music vending machine operated on the coin (or token), currency, or currency substitute, in-the-slot principle and which affords music, songs, or other similar amusement.
