§ 122.05. ANNUAL REPORT.

Every insurance company subject to the license fees imposed by this chapter shall on or before March 31 of each calendar year furnish the Metro Revenue Commission with a written itemization of all premiums collected for which a license fee is payable together with the amount of such license fee collected and paid in the preceding calendar year for the following kinds of insurance:
(A) Casualty;
(B) Automobile;
(C) Inland marine;
(D) Fire and allied perils; and
(E) Life.
