§ 152.06. ENFORCEMENT.

The provisions of this chapter will be enforced by the Department of Codes and Regulations. Traffic related matters will be enforced by the Louisville Metro Police Department or local police jurisdictions. The licensee shall be responsible for any costs associated with traffic control necessitated by the moving of the structure.
