§ 32.470. ESTABLISHMENT.

(A) The Louisville Board of Waterworks is established and operates under provisions of KRS 96.240 et seq. and certain provisions of LMCO Chapter 32 and Chapter 52.
(B) Appointments by the Mayor to the Board of Waterworks shall require the approval of the Metro Council.
