§ 39.047. BUDGET ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

This section adopts and incorporates by reference the Louisville Metro Budget Ordinance in effect each year, as adopted by the Louisville Metro Council, to the extent that said Budget Ordinance provides for the collection of fees for each emergency medical transportation of a patient to a hospital or other acute care facility, as well as for any other emergency medical services rendered.
