§ 91.076. REPORTING SALES AND GIFTS OF FERRETS, DOGS, CATS, PUPPIES, AND KITTENS.

Any person who sells or transfers ownership of a ferret, dog, cat, puppy, or kitten shall notify MAS within ten days of the date of such sale or transfer of the name and address, and of any other contact information the seller or transferee may have for the buyer or transferee to include a brief description of the animal.
