§ 97.152. ACCEPTANCE BY METRO GOVERNMENT OF PRIVATE ROADS.

- Metro Government may accept the dedication of any private road to become a public way, provided the requirements of this subchapter are satisfied, through the adoption of an ordinance to that effect. Any ordinance accepting a dedication may be conditioned upon the applicant(s) satisfying the requirements of this subchapter and recording a plat dedicating the right-of-way within 24 months of the effective date of the ordinance.(Lou.
