§ 94.62. POWERS.

  • (A) The Appeals Board shall provide for reasonable interpretation of relevant state and local laws and regulations relating to fire prevention, and shall rule on appeals from decisions and orders of the authority having jurisdiction.
    (B) The Appeals Board shall have the following powers and duties:
    (1) To conduct hearings to determine if there has been a violation of an ordinance, statute, or regulation over which it has jurisdiction.
    (2) To issue rulings on violations deemed to have occurred.
